Full Day Birth and parenting workshop

This one-day course is perfect for all expecting couples planning to deliver in Brisbane’s inner south. Covering all aspects of normal birth along with variations of normal, you will be prepared for any mode of delivery of your little baby. Our aim is to individualise each class to suit the unique learning needs of the attending couples. We update and vary the course structure and content on a regular basis, and encourage you to ask any questions you may have  throughout the day.

Price $350 per couple

Includes morning tea, lunch and unlimited tea and coffee throughout the day.

Online Caesarean Workshop

The perfect class for parents who are planning a caesarean section. We guide you in detail through preparing for your big day, what to expect in the operating theatre  and optimising your recovery. As with all of our classes, we individualise the class to meet the needs of those attending so you will leave feeling prepared and confident. This class is delivered as a series of prerecorded videos for you and your support person to enjoy at leisure in your home. You will have unlimited access to these videos for one month. We will follow up with a scheduled phone call or zoom call one week after receiving access to address your individual questions and needs.
